There are a few Jam Nights in the town worth visiting and a few of Bedford's bands do! Bands finding it hard to start out/get gigs, or even those who just fancy playing in front of people one extra night a week are welcome to come down and play a short set.
It's also an opportunity to impress the landlord if they're looking for "proper" gigs at the Pubs themselves. Play a few of your songs/covers with your band, or mix with other musicians for an improvised session. Acoustic performers are welcome also. A full PA, drums and backline is provided.
8:30 till 11:30 (sometimes even later).
