The site was started in March 2001 by Peter (Russian Pete) Burov, with some help from Phil Jones.
There are links to the sites of other bands, an up-to-date gig list from music venues in the area, C.D. and Gig Reviews, and interviews with the bands themselves. And why not join the message board to share views on the local scene. There’s even a band-members section if you are looking for members to start a band!
Help keep the site updated by sending in your bands local and out of town gig dates, demo’s for review, maybe your band has a website to join the links page, or you want to have a go at reviewing the latest gig you’ve been to. Bedford Metal has on occasions put on Metal nights with live bands and alternative disco and a chance for people to bring their bands C.D.'s.
